RE: Psychological Evaluation of Agent William Graham

REFERENCE NUMBER: CB092373

EVALUATOR: Dr. Hannibal Lecter

Per the direction and auspices of colleague Dr. Alana Bloom, this evaluation has been prepared for Agent Jack Crawford with a RECOMMENDATION regarding Agent William Graham’s suitability for active field service.

SUMMARY EVALUATION: After reviewing Agent Will Graham’s case file, con-ducting personal interviews and completing a full battery of psychological tests, it is apparent that Agent Graham exhibits a deep and sustained understanding of the subtext of social interactions, as well as communicating his own emotional state. No personality disorders were evident, as he seems well fit for all normative social and occupational situations. He demonstrated both focus and situational flexibility, with an especial talent for understanding dynamic field challenges and problem solving. What’s more, he shows an acute ability to empathize with a case. This may be his only professional fault.

Moreover, Agent Graham’s professional history with homicide investigations only serves to buttress his value in the field. His overal stability makes him an asset to the Bureau and any agent who might have the good fortune to be on his team.

FINAL RECOMMENDATION: SUITABLE FOR ACTIVE FIELD SERVICE

[Back]

Cooking Directions

Separate livers from the gall bladders. Trim chicken livers of threads and gall and chop livers into 1 inch pieces. Fry onions and garlic in 250g butter until soft. Add the chicken liver pieces to the softened onions and fry until the livers are firm but still pink inside.

Cooking Directions

Cut liver into 1 in strips. Soak in milk for one hour. Remove from milk and dredge in flour and salt mixture. Sauté in hot oil until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside. Brown onions in same pan. Remove onions and set aside on top of liver. Add beef broth, lemon juice, and sugar.

Cooking Directions

In a 12-inch skillet, cook the bacon slices. This should take about 20 minutes. Remove bacon slices from skillet, and set aside, but do not drain off the bacon grease. To the bacon grease in the skillet, add the sliced onions; season with salt and pepper. Cook onion slices over medium to medium-high heat.

Cooking Directions

Heat a large frying pan with a little of the dripping or oil. Season the diced beef with salt and pepper. Fry in the pan until well colored and completely sealed. Lift out the meat and transfer to a large saucepan. Add a touch more oil, if necessary, to the frying pan. Season the kidneys.

Hannibal Lecter S1E1: Aperitif Scene 8 and 9

[Prop Store Description]

This costume consists of a v-neck sweater, a two-piece suit including sports coat and slacks, and a pair of leather shoes. The John Smedley brand sweater (size M) is made of 100% wool. The coat is a custom creation for the character of Hannibal and is made of rust colored cloth. The slacks (size 34) are made of taupe wool and are marked “2” on the size tag. The Hugo Boss shoes (size 9) are made of brown leather.

[Notes]

Hannibal wears this outfit to Will’s hotel room for breakfast, to the construction site, and to the Hobbs’ house. He is also wearing it (with the jacket removed) in the last scene of the episode at Abigail’s hospital room (see below).

Most obvious connection to the crime scene is the blood on his shirtcuff
