Will wears a grey button-down shirt and slightly darker pants when he first meets Hannibal in Jack’s office.

[Prop Store Description]
This costume consists of a button-down shirt, a v-neck sweater, and a two-piece suit including sports coat and slacks. The shirt (size M) is made of a white cotton blend. The sweater (size L) is made of 100% cashmere. The taupe coat (42R) is made of suede with cupro lining. The slacks (size 34) are made of taupe wool. All pieces are Ralph Lauren except the pants which are labeled Zanella.
[Notes]
Hannibal wears this suit during his first meeting with Will, discussing the Shrike case in Jack’s office. One peculiar thing to note is that Jack wears the same suit in Hannibal’s office (the previous scene) and this one, whereas Hannibal changes outfits.

Jack Crawford dresses in a two-piece black suit with white pinstripes, a maroon button-down shirt and pocket square and a geometric blue, red and gold tie. He continues to wear this outfit during the following scene in Jack’s office.

Pale grey-blue button down with a solid dark two-piece suit. Brownish-red and yellow geometrically patterned tie with circles and squares.

[Prop Store Description]
This costume consists of a button-down shirt and sports coat. The Wind River brand shirt (size L) is made of red, white, and black plaid cotton and is labeled “1 DBL” at the inside of the collar. The coat (size 48) is made of a brown and black twill cotton blend. A tag in the inner breast pocket reads “Closed Tailored.”
[Notes]
The scene begins with Will’s lecture, where he wears the full suit and tie. Starting at the walk to Jack’s office, the tie has been removed, and remains in this state through the office conversation, the visit to the Nichols’ house, and the plane ride home. On the drive home when Will picks up Winston, he has removed the jacket. Finally, after washing Winston, he dresses down again to only an undershirt (see below).
